Year 3 English Learning: Explanation Texts

We are learning how to write explanation texts in Year 3. This week, we have explained how dishwashers work... not any old dishwashers though: dishwashers that are powered by cats!

Next week, we'll be explaining how Toad from Wind In The Willows escaped from prison. We know lots of Year 3 pupils enjoy writing at home so an ideal weekend activity would be to explain just how cheeky, cunning Toad broke free!
